From connected data to a useful AI workflow

By Karl Nicholson

At an Agentforce workshop in London, representing Virgin Media O2, I worked with a team exploring how customer data could support sales preparation. The concept brought together information that would otherwise sit across separate systems.

We explored enriching leads, combining customer context and generating tailored sales materials. This was a workshop prototype. It was not a production rollout or evidence of measured commercial improvement.

The useful question was how to make relevant information available at the point where somebody needed to act. AI was one part of that workflow; accessible data and connections between systems mattered too.

My original account considered the potential to reduce repetitive preparation and create a more consistent customer experience. The next challenge was scaling those ideas beyond the workshop. That distinction matters: demonstrating a possibility is the beginning of a delivery conversation.
